The Government of Samoa is intending to implement an employer service fee and agents fee of A$50 for each Samoan candidate recruited into the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme. These fees will be managed by the Samoan Labour Employment and Export Program (LEEP). LEEP and the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations have both developed FAQs to provide PALM scheme employers with more information on the implementation of fees for recruiting Samoan candidates.
