This document provides a template for Welfare and Wellbeing Support Persons (WWSPs) in the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme to plan and document fortnightly meetings with workers. 

It includes a scheduled meeting planner to help organise meeting dates, locations and discussion topics, and a structured meeting notes template to record attendance, key discussions, follow‑up actions and any welfare concerns or support requests. The document also outlines what information should be captured to support consistent record keeping, monitor worker wellbeing, and ensure issues are identified and addressed in a timely way.
