The PALM scheme Approved Employer Guidelines 2.1 are now in effect as at 27 March 2026.

The purpose of these guidelines is to provide information to PALM scheme Approved Employers to enable their successful participation in the scheme. They are intended to help employers understand and meet their obligations and responsibilities as detailed in the PALM scheme Approved Employer Deed of Agreement.
